Flame Pharma are working with a Medical Marketing and Communications Agency, specialists in creating and delivering strategic, brand-focused medical communication programmes in global, regional and UK healthcare environments.

The Role

You will be responsible for development and delivery of a variety of wide-ranging communications programmes across the product life-cycle. In this client facing hands-on role you will be required to lead and manage internal account teams to deliver in accordance with client expectations. Working in oncology, the Global Account Director will be responsible for overseeing projects across the entire communications mix, including meetings, digital projects, publications and training materials.

The Person

We are looking for an individual who can lead and motivate teams to deliver high standards, has a keen eye for detail and experience in managing and forecasting budgets.

• Ideally existing AD within Med Comms Agency
• Evidence of ability to develop strategic communication plans and deliver tactical programmes
• Evidence of ability to develop therapy area knowledge
• Excellent client relationship building skills 
• Excellent project management skills 
• Ability to forward plan and manage finances across multiple accounts 
• Leadership and people management skills 
• Ability to innovate and lead teams to innovate
• Strong Scientific Background
• Strong Oncology launch track record
