Flame Health Optometry are currently recruiting for a Professional Marketing Manager for our client in Surrey.
The position of Professional Marketing Manager is a pivotal role within the organisation - you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of all professional trade, media and business education activities across the UK and Ireland business operation. The role of Professional Marketing Manager will mean that you will be leading the development and execution of professional marketing programs to support the businesses brand strategies and support the development of annual brand plans. You will manage and be responsible for the execution of professional marketing activities, including KPI tracking/setting and agency management as needed in addition to having budgetary responsibility and having a lead role in the company’s corporate reputation within the professional community.
The right person for this role will have an excellent understanding of optometric practice and industry in UK and Ireland and will be a Qualified Optometrist with full GOC registration. In addition, a business or marketing qualification would also be an advantage. You will have strong business skills and interest in working in a commercial environment. You must also possess strong analytical skills and excellent computer literacy. You will have a demonstrable track record of excellent organisational skills and have evidence of your ability to work within tight deadlines and project manage effectively. Your communication skills will be excellent along with the ability to be customer and consumer focussed.
